Our factory is located at W-3 on Akkalkot Road in the MIDC area. If you’ve ever been to Solapur, you know the MIDC is where everything happens. We work with rotational molding, which basically means we make large plastic items. It’s hot work, especially with the big ovens running all day long. The air is always a bit thick, and the noise from the fans is constant. We don’t have a fancy showroom. Everything we make is usually stacked up in the yard waiting to be loaded onto a truck. The building itself is just a standard industrial shed. We’ve got a small cabin that serves as an office, but it’s mostly just for keeping the invoices and some basic records. We spend our days watching temperatures and making sure the molds are spinning correctly. It’s a bit of a rough-and-ready place. We don’t really bother with corporate jargon. If a machine breaks down, we grab the tools and fix it ourselves. The guys on the floor have been doing this for years and they don’t need much instruction. Solapur can get incredibly hot in the summer, and the factory feels even hotter, but we just get on with it. It’s a practical business for practical people. We don’t try to be something we’re not. We just make plastic products and try to keep things moving. It's a simple, honest way to work every day.
