The Morarji Peth area is always humming with activity. Being located right in the Hotel Surya International complex at 3/3/2 means we see a lot of foot traffic, though most of our business happens through emails and calls. Our setup is pretty simple. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of coffee being drank. Import and export is a tricky game, and we’ve had our fair share of ups and downs over the years. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days we are just catching up on filing. We handle all sorts of goods, moving them from one place to another. It’s mostly about knowing who to talk to and which ports are moving fastest. We try to be straightforward with everyone we work with. No point in making things more complicated than they already are. Dealing with international trade means we have to keep an eye on clocks in different time zones, which can be exhausting. But we’ve grown used to it. The team here is small but we know the routine inside out. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just reliable enough that people come back to us when they need something moved. That's pretty much who we are. We started this because there was a need for someone to bridge the gap between local makers and folks outside. It is not always easy work, but it keeps us busy.
