Latur is a place where things are always being built, so we stay pretty active. Our office is where all the structural planning happens. The team here is small, and we’ve all been working together for a bit. The plaza can get a little crowded during the day, but our space is generally quiet enough to get through the calculations. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. There are just some drafting tables, computers, and a lot of code books. Ambejogai Road is a major route, so it’s easy for us to get to construction sites around the city. We deal with various types of buildings, from small houses to larger commercial structures. It’s a lot of responsibility making sure everything is standing correctly. We don't use fancy talk; we just tell people what will work and what won't based on the physics of it. It’s a practical business, and we take it seriously without being too stiff about it. We usually keep some tea going on the side table to help us through the long afternoons when we are checking over blueprints.
