Vascon Engineers Ltd

Our office is right here in Latur. We don’t have a complicated address because everyone kind of knows where the main areas are. We are Vascon Engineers, and we’ve set up shop here to handle the local construction and engineering tasks in this district. Latur is a bit of a different pace compared to the big cities like Pune or Mumbai. It’s more relaxed, but the work is still just as demanding. Our office is a simple place, just enough space for a few of us to sit and plan out our days. We spend a lot of time out in the field, so the office is often empty except for one person handling the phone. We don't have any of that corporate polish. The furniture is a bit old, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. We focus on getting the projects finished. There’s a lot of dust because of the dry weather, so we’re always cleaning off our desks. People in Latur are straightforward, and we try to be the same. We don’t use a lot of big words or fancy presentations. We just show the plans and explain what needs to happen next. It’s a small operation here, but we stay busy with whatever comes our way. Sometimes we just sit outside the office in the evenings when it cools down and talk about the next day's work. It’s a simple life but we like the work. It’s alright.
