Radhakrishna Food Industries Ltd. is located over at Plot No-16, 17 and 18 on Midc Road. We are right in the Solapur district, specifically near the ITI College. Being near the college means we see a lot of students walking by every day. The industrial area is always bustling with trucks and heavy vehicles moving up and down the road. Our facility is pretty large since we have three plots joined together. Inside, it’s a lot of stainless steel and people wearing aprons. We do a lot of food processing here. It isn't always glamorous work. There’s a lot of washing, sorting, and checking things over and over. We have shifts that run through the day and night to keep up with the demand. The managers are usually on the floor rather than sitting in some air-conditioned office. We deal with a lot of local farmers who bring in their produce. Sometimes the logistics of getting things in and out of the MIDC area is a headache because of the narrow roads and the traffic near the college. But we manage to navigate it. The air here usually smells like whatever we are processing that week. We’ve grown over the years but the core group of people working here hasn't changed much. We just show up, do the job, and try to make sure everything leaving the gate is up to the standard we expect from ourselves.
