Muktai Foods

We are located at 84/85, Mukti Nagar, which is just off Saiful Vijapur Road. This is where Muktai Foods happens every day. It’s a residential area, so we have to be careful not to make too much noise early in the morning. The building is a bit old, and we use the ground floor for all our food preparation. It’s not a very big space. We have some stainless steel tables and a few big burners. My sister and I do most of the work ourselves. We started this because we wanted something of our own. It’s hard work and we are often tired by the end of the day. The Saiful Vijapur Road gets very busy in the evenings, so we try to get our deliveries out before the traffic starts. Sometimes we run out of supplies because the delivery truck got stuck somewhere. We don't have a big warehouse, so we can only keep a little bit of stock at a time. The neighbors are mostly nice, though they sometimes complain if we are loading boxes too late at night. We’ve had to change our schedule a few times to keep everyone happy. It’s just a normal, small-scale business. We don't have any big advertisements. Most of our customers come from the nearby streets. We spend a lot of time just washing containers and checking the labels. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we do. We try our best to keep everything clean and organized.
