We are located in Baramati, specifically at the Prabha Apartments in Motanagar. This is right in the MIDC area, which is where all the industrial action happens. Our flat, DF-7, serves as the base for Jindal Steel & Power operations in this part of Maharashtra. It’s a bit of a mix because it’s an apartment building but we are strictly focused on the industrial steel and power work. Baramati is a growing place, and we are right in the middle of that growth. The office is small but it serves the purpose. We handle the coordination for the projects nearby and make sure the supplies are moving like they should. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main factory floors, which is good for when we need to focus on the numbers. We don't have a big reception or anything like that. It’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of files. The staff here mostly comes from the nearby areas, so we have a local feel. We aren't here to put on a show; we just want to make sure the work gets finished on time. The MIDC environment means there is always a truck or a machine humming somewhere in the background. It reminds us why we are here. We just take care of the logistics and the administration without making a big fuss about it. It’s practical work for practical people. Every day brings a new set of challenges but we deal with them as they come.
