G-Tech Engineering

G-Tech Engineering is out here in Ghadagewadi Village. We are located at Plot No. E-46, which is part of the Baramati Taluka in the Pune District. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but we like being out here. The air is a bit clearer and there’s more space to breathe. Our workshop is a basic metal structure on the plot. We do a lot of engineering work for the surrounding farms and small factories. It’s not a high-tech lab; it’s a place with wrenches, welding sets, and a lot of iron. Most of the people working here are from the village or nearby towns. We know each other well, which makes the work day go by faster. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait it out or use the generator. That’s just part of being in a rural taluka. We don’t have a big advertising budget. People usually hear about us through word of mouth. Someone tells a neighbor we did a good job on a tractor part or a gate, and then they show up at E-46. We spend a lot of time just figuring out how to fix things that seem impossible. It’s practical, hands-on work. We don't worry about being polished. We just make sure the welds are strong and the measurements are as close as we can get them. It's a quiet life in Ghadagewadi but the work is steady.
