You can find us at Shriram Nagar in Loni Khurd, which is part of the Rahata area in Ahmednagar. We call ourselves Flsmidth Designs. It’s a local business in a part of Maharashtra that is known for its quiet life and farms. Our office is just a simple building at 1930 Shriram Nagar. We don't have marble floors or glass walls. It's just a place where we sit down and work on designs. Most of the people working here are from nearby villages. We understand the local way of doing things. Sometimes we have visitors who stop by for tea and we end up talking for an hour before any work gets done. That's just the way it is here. We handle various design projects, mostly technical stuff that needs a lot of attention to detail. It’s not very exciting to look at, just a lot of lines on a screen. The road outside can get a bit muddy during the monsoon, so we all leave our shoes at the door. It keeps the place clean. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. People just hear about us from their friends or neighbors. We're happy with that. It's a steady life and we enjoy the work we do without any extra pressure or corporate rules. We just keep doing our bit and the days go by peacefully.
