Chandan Tiles & Marble Industries

You can find our place at Plot No. 314 in the MIDC area on Akkalkot Road. It’s a large plot because tiles and marble take up a lot of room. We’ve been operating here for years, and the yard is always filled with crates and heavy pallets. Moving marble around is a big job, so there’s usually a forklift buzzing about. We don’t have a fancy air-conditioned office; we spend most of our time out where the stone is. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic from Akkalkot Road, but we’re used to it. We supply all sorts of flooring to people building houses or shops nearby. People like to come down and walk through the rows of slabs to see the colors for themselves. We don't use any fancy sales talk. We just show you what we have in stock and tell you the price. Sometimes the stock changes quickly, so you never know what you might find on any given day. It's a dusty environment and the work is physically demanding, but we enjoy being part of the local industry here. We keep our paperwork in a small cabin near the gate. It’s just a simple, hardworking business where we focus on getting the right stone to the right person without any extra fluff or high-pressure tactics.
