We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. We just focus on the production and making sure the staff knows what they are doing for the day. Sometimes the rain is quite heavy during the monsoon, which makes things interesting with the transport, but we manage. We aren't interested in looking like a giant multinational. We are just a local company that’s grown over the years. Most of our workers live nearby, so it feels a bit like a community. We keep our records in order and try to keep the machinery running smooth. There isn't a lot of corporate culture here. We just come in, do the work, and go home to our families. It’s a straightforward way of living and working. We prefer it that way. No need for complex missions when the goal is just to do a decent job every day and stay in business. We hope to stay here for many more years to come. It suits us well and keeps everyone busy.
