Zaaiena Agro (Opc) Private Limited

Zaaiena Agro is tucked away in Dalhousie, right there at Gandhi Chowk. If you know the Garam Sadak area, you probably passed by the building without even noticing it. We are set up at Apurv Saggi’s place. It’s a busy spot with all the people walking to the market, especially when the weather is nice. When the winter hits, things slow down a lot because the snow gets quite thick on the roads. Inside the office, it is just a few of us. We have some chairs that don't really match and a big table where we keep all the records for the agro work. It isn't a fancy setup by any means. We spend most of the morning drinking tea and talking about the crops or who is bringing what from the lower valleys. My neighbor sometimes drops in to complain about the monkeys outside. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to that yet. We mostly just focus on getting the paperwork sorted and making sure the orders for the seeds and supplies are moving along. It is a simple life here in the mountains. We don't have those big glass windows like the offices in Delhi, but we have a good view of the trees. It’s just how things are for us at Zaaiena Agro, keeping it local and getting through the daily list of chores.
