If you head out to Sirmaur District and look for Nahan Tehsil, you’ll eventually find us in Mouza Johron Village. Siddhi Vinayak Industries is set up there, away from the big city noise. It’s a bit of a drive to get here, but once you arrive, it’s actually quite peaceful. The village life is slow and steady, which suits us just fine. We have our facility set up to handle the work we do every day. Sometimes the weather in the hills gets a bit unpredictable, and we have to deal with rain or cold, but that’s part of being in this part of the country. We have a small group of people working here, mostly locals from the village or nearby areas. We don't have any big corporate meetings or anything like that. Usually, it’s just a quick chat in the morning to see what needs to be finished before the sun goes down. The road leading up to the village can be a bit bumpy, so we’ve learned to be patient with deliveries. It’s not a high-tech setup with robots or anything, just regular machines and people doing their jobs. We like being part of the village. There’s a sense of belonging here that you don’t get in the industrial parks. We just keep our heads down and make sure everything is running like it should. It’s honest work. We don't really have a website or anything fancy, just our sign out front.
