Jagdamba Steel

You can find Jagdamba Steel right over on Sai Road. We are sitting right opposite the Laj Dharam Kanta, and the Bank of India is nearby too, so it's a busy little stretch of road. We deal with a lot of heavy stuff every day. There is always noise from trucks coming in and going out, and the smell of metal is just part of the air here. It's dusty work, and our hands are usually dirty by noon. We’ve been at this spot for quite a while now. It started because there was a need for reliable steel supplies around here for all the building going on. We don't do much talking; we mostly just load and unload. Sometimes the weather makes it hard, especially when it rains and things get slippery in the yard. But the work doesn't stop. We have a small crew and we all know what needs to be done. If you're looking for us, just look for the sign near the bank. We handle all sorts of orders, some big and some just for a small repair at someone’s house. We don’t have a fancy showroom. It’s just the warehouse and the yard and a lot of steel. We like the routine of it. Every morning we open up and start checking the inventory. It’s honest work and it keeps us grounded. Sai Road is always moving, and we are glad to be part of the local trade and keep things moving.
