We are Conifer Resorts Private Limited. Our main spot is in Village Sanawar, which is right by Kasauli in the Solan district. Sunintdeep Singh Chadha is the name on the records for the address here. It’s a quiet part of Himachal Pradesh, tucked away in the 172302 zip code area. We don't really go for all that flashy talk you see in brochures. We’re just a resort company trying to keep the place running and the gardens looking halfway decent. Living and working in Sanawar means dealing with the hill life every day. Sometimes the water is an issue, or the monkeys get into things, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't a big corporation with people in suits. We are usually in our work clothes, checking on the rooms or talking to the locals. It’s a decent area, very green, which is why we’re named after the trees, I suppose. We spend our days making sure the bills are paid and the property is looked after. It’s a lot of physical work and a bit of office work mixed in. People around Kasauli know where Sanawar is, it’s got its own history. We just want to be a part of that and do our bit. It’s an honest way to make a living. We don’t have a big mission statement, just the daily list of things to get done and making sure guests are okay.
