Hotel Mg Regency

We’ve been here at Hotel Mg Regency for a while now, right near the Baddi bus stand on NH-21/A. It’s a busy spot because of all the industries around Solan district. Usually, we see people coming in after a long bus ride or workers needing a place for the night. The building is easy to find if you're coming from the main road. Most mornings start early here with tea and getting things cleaned up. We aren't doing anything fancy, just keeping the rooms ready and making sure the water is running hot. It gets quite dusty outside sometimes because of the traffic, so we spend a lot of time sweeping the entrance. The staff knows the local shortcuts if you're trying to get to a factory nearby. Some of us have lived in Himachal our whole lives and we know the weather can change fast. We keep the reception open so there's always someone to talk to, even if it's late. Sometimes the power goes off in this part of Baddi, but we have a backup generator to keep the lights on for the guests. It’s not a big resort or anything, just a regular hotel where people stay when they have business in the area. We have some plastic chairs out front where you can sit and watch the trucks go by on the highway. It’s just how things are around here. We try to keep the blankets clean and the tea strong. Nothing more to it than that, really. Just a place to sleep.
