Jk Puram is where you’ll find us, specifically in the Teshil -Pindhwara area. It’s an industrial sort of place, so there isn't much greenery around the immediate office. Jk Lakshmi Cement Ltd. is just part of the landscape here. The office is functional. We have desks that have been here for years and a clock that’s about five minutes fast, but nobody bothers to change it. Pindhwara can get quite hot in the summer months, and the dust is just a fact of life that we’ve accepted. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to the drivers who come in to load up. There isn’t any corporate polish here. We wear regular clothes that get dirty, and we drink a lot of water to stay cool. The routine is the same most days. We check the logs, talk to the loaders, and make sure everything is where it should be. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find fancy slogans or mission statements. We just focus on the task at hand. People come and go, trucks rumble in the distance, and the day goes by. We’ve been part of Jk Puram for a while, and we just do our part in the bigger picture of the area. It’s just work, and we do it as best as we can.
