R R Engineering Works

We are located in Gala No 3 over at Tirupati Ind. Estate in Amli. It’s easy to miss if you aren't looking for Sr No 133/2/1 specifically. The shop is usually full of metal scraps and the sound of welding or cutting. It's how it's been since we started. We do various engineering jobs, mostly fixing things or making parts that people can't find elsewhere. It’s a small space, but we make it work. Sometimes the grease gets everywhere, but that’s engineering for you. We don’t have a website or anything like that, just this physical spot. Our neighbors are mostly other workshops doing similar stuff. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for machines to finish their cycles. It’s not the most glamorous job but it's what we know how to do. The floor is concrete and seen better days. We handle local orders mostly. If someone comes in with a broken piece of machinery, we take a look and see if we can help. Some days are slow and some days we can't keep up. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just use the tools we have to get the job finished. It’s a decent life. The air in Amli is always a bit heavy with the smell of oil. We like it that way. It means things are being made.
