Robo Kops

We are based up here in Kadamtala, which is part of the Darjeeling district. If you know this area, you know how the mist can roll in sometimes and make everything look a bit grey and damp. Our place isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular building among others on the main street. Robo Kops is the name on the door, and we’ve been here for a good amount of time now. The air is usually a bit cooler up here than down in the plains, which is nice for working, though it gets chilly in the winter. We don't have a big corporate setup with fancy uniforms or anything like that. It is mostly just us in our regular clothes, sitting around the wooden table and figuring out the schedule for the week. The floors are concrete and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it suits us fine for now. We get people from around the neighborhood dropping by just to say hello or ask a quick question about something they saw. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow because of the location, but we manage to get things done eventually. There is a small tea shop just a few doors down where we go when we need a break from the screens. Working in Kadamtala has its own slow pace, and we don't try to rush things too much. It’s just a small local operation trying to keep things moving. We like the quiet parts of the day best.
