Mandakni Farmer Producer Company Limited

Mandakni Farmer Producer Company is just us local folks from Shrawasti. We are located at Jagdeesh’s house in the village of Luxmanpurgangapur, over in the Kathra Mafi area. It is a quiet place where most of us have been farming for our whole lives. We got this company registered so we could buy things like fertilizer and seeds in bigger batches to save some money. It's hard to do that when you are just one person with a small plot. Jagdeesh helps out a lot with the space and keeping track of who brought what. We aren't looking to become some huge corporation. We just want to make sure the farmers in our village don't get a bad deal. Sometimes we have meetings under the trees or on the porch to talk about the rain and the crops. Shrawasti is a nice place but it has its challenges for people like us. Most of our days are spent in the dirt, not in front of a computer. We don't really have a big staff, just some of the village elders and younger guys helping out. If you need to find us, just ask for Jagdeesh’s place in the village. We usually have someone around during the day. It’s a very local thing we are doing here. We just hope to keep the village farms running for another generation.
