Shhamgra Kishan Producer Company Limited is our name, and we are located in Shrawasti. Specifically, we use Badloo Ram’s place in Bandrahabhinga for our office and address. This part of Uttar Pradesh is very much about the land. We spend our time working with the local kishan—the farmers—to get things moving. It’s not a complicated setup. We meet at Bandrahabhinga to talk about the harvests and what needs to be bought or sold. Badloo Ram is usually around to help out with the logistics of it all. Shrawasti is a place with a lot of tradition in farming, and we try to honor that by just being straightforward with people. We don't have any fancy brochures or big promises. We just try to get the best out of the land and help each other out when things get tough. Sometimes the sun is too hot to even think, but we still have to get the work done. The company is a way for us to pool our resources and make sure the small farmers have a voice. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on stuff every single day. We don't worry about sounding professional; we just worry about whether the crops are growing and if everyone is getting their fair share. It’s a basic way of living, and it works for us.
