Mindgrind Private Limited

Mindgrind Private Limited is located up on the third floor of Amanpreet Niwas in Rajhana, Shimla. It is a bit of a hike up the stairs, but it is a nice enough spot once you get there. We are a small team doing tech and software development. We chose the name Mindgrind because it felt right for the kind of mental work we do every day. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It is mostly just desks, chairs, and a whole lot of computer parts. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting and writing code. It gets quite cold here in the winters, so we are usually wrapped up in sweaters and jackets while we work. We do not have any fancy corporate perks or a cafeteria. We just bring our own lunch and get on with things. It is a quiet life in Rajhana, and we like it that way. It is much better than being stuck in a noisy city office. We work with various clients, but we do not go out looking for attention. We just let the work speak for itself, I suppose. Most of the people here have been with us for a while. We are not looking to become a giant company. We just want to keep doing our work and living in Shimla. It is a simple setup, and that is exactly how we like it. No big speeches, no complicated missions, just everyday technical work being done by a few local people.
