Our company is based in Narayanpur, Sheikhpura, specifically in the Barbigha area. We are located at the residence of Smt Sujanta Kumari. Sheikhpura is a smaller district, but the farming here is quite active. We started this agri farm business because we wanted to have a more formal way of managing our agricultural activities. It is not a very big operation, and we don't pretend it is. We are just a local team working out of a home-based office in the village. Narayanpur is a place where people value hard work and straightforward talk. We spend our days looking at the fields and making sure the crops are being managed correctly. There are no fancy boardrooms here. Most of our decisions are made while sitting on a plastic chair or standing near the fields. We use simple English and talk to our neighbors about what needs to be done. The road to our place in Barbigha can be a bit rough, but that’s just how it is here. We focus on the practical aspects of running a farm business in Bihar. It’s about getting the right supplies and making sure the harvest is handled properly. We don't use marketing tricks because everyone here knows who we are anyway. We just want to do a decent job and keep the farm moving forward. It is a lot of responsibility, but we are used to the daily grind of village life and the seasonal nature of our work.
