Arpan Public School

Arpan Public School is situated right on the Delhi Saharanpur Road in Shamli. It gets very busy outside with all the trucks and local traffic passing by throughout the day. We have been in Block A for quite a while now and most people in the neighborhood know where we are. The mornings are always a bit of a rush when the school buses pull in and parents arrive on their scooters to drop off their kids. We have a small playground where the younger children spend their time during the break. The teachers here are mostly from around Muzaffarnagar, so they are familiar with the families and the local way of life. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that; it is just a couple of buildings where we try to get the daily teaching done. During the summer months, the heat is really tough, but we make do with the fans we have in the classrooms. Sometimes the power goes out, and everyone just has to be patient until it comes back on. The desks and chairs have seen better days, but they are sturdy enough for the kids. We spend a lot of our time on manual paperwork and making sure the registers are kept up to date. It is a simple operation and we don't try to make it sound like anything else. We just open the gates and do our work.
