Jay Bharat Kisan Agro Producer Company Limited is based in the village of Bhesoda, which is in the Nalkheda Taluka of Shajapur district. We operate out of Rampal’s place. It’s a typical village setting where everyone knows everyone else’s business. We like it that way because it makes it easier to talk to the farmers. We aren't tucked away in some city office; we are right where the crops are being grown. The office is just a simple room with a couple of benches. During the harvest season, it gets very busy with people coming in and out all day. We talk about the wheat, the soy, and whatever else is being planted. Rampal is usually the one making sure everything is in order. We have to deal with the government rules and the market buyers, which can be a real headache sometimes. But since we are doing it as a group, it feels a bit easier to handle. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment. Most of our work is done with pens and paper and a lot of patience. Life in Bhesoda moves at its own pace and we just follow along with the seasons. We are just local people trying to help our village get a bit more for their hard work in the fields through this company.
