Jan Kalyan Kisan Producer Company Limited

We are the Jan Kalyan Kisan Producer Company Limited. Our setup is in Sironj, specifically in Gram Tarvariya near the Tori Bagrod post. Sebaram Sahu is the one who looks after things for us. He’s a well-known person in our village and has a lot of experience with the way things work around here. We are just a bunch of kisan, or farmers, who decided that we should work together instead of competing. It’s a lot better when we can share the load. Our office is a small room in the village where we keep our papers. It’s not some big city office with glass walls; it’s just a place with a fan and some wooden benches. We spend most of our time out in the fields in Tarvariya. The work is steady and it follows the seasons. When it’s time to sow, we are all busy, and when it’s time to harvest, we are even busier. Sebaram helps us figure out the best way to get our produce to the market in Sironj without losing too much money on the way. We don't have a lot of rules, just a common goal to keep our farms running. It’s a community effort, and that’s what matters most to us.
