I K Saloon

We are located right on the ground floor over in Pocket-M of Dilshad Garden, at M-24/A-5. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you know the neighborhood well. I K Saloon has been here for a bit now, and we’ve seen a lot of people come and go through these doors. It’s a simple setup with the usual chairs and mirrors you'd expect. Nothing too flashy, just a place where you can get a haircut or a shave without much fuss. We try to keep the place clean, though on busy Saturdays, hair tends to get everywhere faster than we can sweep it up. The staff here are just regular people who have been doing this for years. We know most of the regulars by name and what they usually like. It’s not one of those fancy high-end places where they give you a menu of waters; we just get to work and talk about the weather or whatever is on the news. Delhi can be loud and hectic, but inside the shop, it’s mostly just the sound of clippers and the radio playing in the background. We don't have any big slogans. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait for the first customer to walk in. It’s a living, and we’re glad to be a part of the local street here in Dilshad Garden, right near the main garden area.
