Glymer Beauty Parlour

I run Glymer Beauty Parlour from our location at C 24 in Dilshad Colony. It is right in the Dilshad Garden area. My mother actually started this place a long time ago, and I took it over from her. We do all the usual things like facials, hair cutting, and bridal makeup when the wedding season comes around. The shop is on the ground floor, so it is very easy for the older ladies in the neighborhood to come in. We have a small curtained area in the back for more private services. The walls are painted a light pink, though the color is starting to fade a bit near the front door. We keep a few magazines on the table for people to look at while they wait, but they are mostly old ones from last year. It has a very local feel here. We know exactly who is getting married and whose kids are graduating. The plumbing in the sink acts up sometimes, so we have to be a bit careful when we are washing hair. We do not have any big advertisements or even a Facebook page. Most people find us through word of mouth from their neighbors. It is just how things work in Dilshad Colony. We keep our prices as low as we can because we want our neighbors to keep coming back. It is a cozy spot, and we try our best to keep it clean despite all the dust.
