Zen Mercantiles & Exports is located over at No. 201 in JJ Nagar, Alwal. It’s a quiet enough area for the most part, which suits us just fine. We spend our days dealing with various goods and figuring out the best way to send them off to different places. It’s not a huge operation, just a steady one that we’ve built up over time. The office is basically where all the coordination happens. We deal with a lot of different suppliers and customers, trying to keep everything moving without too many hiccups. Alwal is a good spot for us because it’s out of the main city rush but still close enough to get things moving when we need to. We don't really do the big corporate thing here. It’s more about checking the manifests, making sure the packing is right, and keeping track of the shipping schedules. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when a large order comes in at the last minute. We’ve learned to just take it as it comes. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes, balancing the mercantile side with the export side of things, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable one that gets the job done from our little corner in JJ Nagar. Usually, you’ll find one of us drinking tea and staring at a spreadsheet or on the phone trying to track a container.
