Malkud Stone Exporters Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Flat No 12 in the 91 Lotus Park building. We are located on Road No 3 in West Marredpally. It’s a nice part of town, and our office is just a regular flat where we handle all the stone export business. We spend a lot of time talking to quarries and shipping lines. It’s heavy work, even if we are mostly doing the paperwork side of it from here. Marredpally is a good central location for us. We started this company because we had a background in the stone industry and wanted to do things our own way. The office is usually filled with samples of different rocks and a lot of folders. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know the trade well. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing, and other days it's just us catching up on emails. We aren't into fancy presentations. If someone wants to know about stone, we tell them the truth about the quality and the timing. It’s a tough business with a lot of moving parts, but we’ve stayed at it. Lotus Park is a familiar landmark for those who live around Road 3. We like the local feel of the neighborhood. It’s where we do our best work, away from the noise of the bigger commercial hubs. We keep things real and focus on what we know best.
