Iac Minerals Pvt. Ltd. is based on the 3rd floor of P. V. S. Mansion. You can find us at No. 3-1-227/1/3, right in the Manju Theatre Lane. It’s a bit of a walk up to the third floor, especially when the weather is humid. The lane itself is usually busy with people going to the movies or visiting the shops nearby. We’ve been in this building for several years now. The office is mostly filled with mineral samples and stacks of reports. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time analyzing data and coordinating with the mining sites. The windows in our office look out over the rooftops of the neighboring buildings. It’s a decent view if you like the city skyline. Manju Theatre Lane has its own unique vibe, with a mix of old and new businesses. We usually grab lunch from one of the small eateries downstairs. The people in the building are friendly enough, and we often chat in the hallways. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals posted on the walls. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and head home. It’s a practical workspace for a practical business. We’re happy with our spot here in P. V. S. Mansion. It's a solid place to work every day.
