We’ve got our office set up at 32 Moti Valley in Tirumalagiri. It’s a nice enough area, and the office itself is pretty functional. We have large tables for laying out big drawings and a lot of shelves filled with old project files and reference books. Most days involve a lot of sketching and then moving those ideas onto the computer. It’s a slow process sometimes, and we spend a lot of time debating where a wall should go or how the light will hit a room. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us who actually enjoy the drawing part of the job. We tend to get our hands dirty on-site too, so we aren't always in the office. People find us mostly by word of mouth in the Tirumalagiri area. We don't do much in the way of advertising because we’d rather spend that time working on a project. Sometimes the office gets messy with rolls of tracing paper everywhere, but that’s just part of the creative process, I suppose. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a secretary. Usually, if the door is open, you can just walk in and find one of us working. We just try to make things that look decent and don't fall down. It’s a living and we enjoy the challenge of a new plan.
