Self Employed-Aadhaarshila Architects

I run Aadhaarshila Architects from my place in G.K. Colony, which is over by Sainikpuri in Hyderabad. Being self-employed means I’m the one you talk to from the start of a project until the very end. I don't have a big front desk or a team of secretaries. It’s just me working out of this office at 35-9. I’ve lived and worked in this part of Andhra Pradesh for quite some time, and I know the local ways of getting things built. Most of my day is spent at my desk or visiting sites around the city to see how the construction is moving along. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the measurements on paper actually work in the real world. I prefer keeping things simple and direct. If a design isn't going to work for your budget or the land you have, I’ll tell you straight. I handle the planning and the layouts for various types of buildings. People in the colony know where I am if they need some advice on a renovation or a new build. It’s a quiet neighborhood, which is great for focusing on the details of a floor plan. I’m not into big marketing pushes; I just rely on doing a decent job so people tell their neighbors about me. It’s been working out okay so far. I enjoy the freedom of working for myself.
