Sai Sthapathya Consultants

Sai Sthapathya Consultants is our little office out on HMT Road in Chintal. We are located at Plot No 32, which is part of the Sai Baba Nagar area. If you know the neighborhood, it is a pretty busy stretch with a lot of small businesses and houses mixed together. We do consulting work here, mostly related to building and planning. The office isn't anything spectacular, just a few desks and a lot of storage for all the site plans we accumulate. Working in Chintal means we see a lot of local development happening right outside our door. We spend our time going over drawings and meeting with people who are looking to start new construction or fix up old properties. It's a lot of back-and-forth communication and making sure all the technical bits are handled correctly. We try to stay organized, but with so many different things going on at once, there is always a stack of papers somewhere that needs attention. It’s a very practical environment where the focus is just on getting the job done. We’ve become a bit of a fixture in this part of town since we’ve been here so long. Most of the time, we are just heads-down on our computers or talking on the phone with site managers. It’s steady work and we like being part of the local community here in Hyderabad.
