Om Property Consultant is tucked away in Flat No. 14 at Temple Rock Enclave. We are located near Tadbund X Road in the Sikh Village area. It is more of a residential setting than a commercial one, which we like because it keeps things calm. Working out of a flat means we don't have a big storefront, so people usually call us before coming over. Sikh Village is an interesting place with a lot of history and older houses. We focus on consulting for people who are looking to move into this neighborhood or nearby areas. It involves a lot of talking to owners and checking out the condition of the flats. We aren't a huge corporation. It’s a small operation where we handle everything ourselves. Sometimes we are out at Temple Rock Enclave meeting with the society members or checking on a property. The roads around Tadbund can get quite crowded during the rush hour. We’ve seen the area change over the years as more people move in. Our day usually starts with a lot of phone calls from people asking about prices or availability. We just give them the facts and show them the places if they are interested. It is a very local way of doing business. We know the streets and the buildings around here pretty well. It’s just about connecting the right people with the right place without any fuss.
