Kodali Guest Suites

Kodali Guest Suites is located at Plot No. 1 & 51 in Balaji Enclave. It’s a different kind of business compared to a shop because we are dealing with people staying overnight rather than just buying something and leaving. We have rooms spread across these two plots, and our day usually starts very early with checking who is leaving and who is coming in. There is a lot of laundry to deal with—sheets, towels, and pillowcases—and we spend a lot of time making sure the rooms are actually ready for the next person. Balaji Enclave is a relatively quiet area, which is nice for the guests who want to get some sleep. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a concierge desk like the big hotels do. It’s more like a regular house where we’ve set up suites for people to stay. Sometimes the guests arrive late at night because of train delays or traffic, and one of us has to be there to let them in and show them around. We also have to keep an eye on the plumbing and the lights to make sure everything is working as it should. It’s a lot of maintenance work that people don’t really see. We just try to keep the place decent and the rooms clean so people have a place to stay while they are in town for work or family visits.
