Externetworks India Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Plot No.70 in the Old Alwal area. It’s a relatively quiet spot compared to some of the busier parts of the city. We focus on networking and technical stuff for small businesses and whoever else might need help with their systems. We aren't a massive call center or a huge corporation; it’s just a group of us who know our way around cables, routers, and servers. The office we have is pretty simple. We have our desks and our testing equipment set up so we can help people with their internet or computer systems. It gets pretty technical sometimes, but we try to explain things in a way that makes sense to normal people who don't work with computers all day. Sometimes we’re out on-site at a customer’s office, and other times we’re right here at Plot 70 figuring out a software problem on a machine. Old Alwal has its own pace of life, and we fit in okay here. We’ve been doing this kind of work for a bit now. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate slogans. We just show up in the morning, do the work, and make sure the networks stay running like they should. If something breaks, we do our best to fix it quickly. It’s pretty simple when you think about it. We’ve met a lot of local business owners through this work. It’s a decent way to make a living and keep the local tech running.
