Avaya Global Connect

We’re located over in Ayodhya Nagar Colony, which is part of the Rethibowli area in Mehdipatnam. The building number is 12-2-799. It’s a decent neighborhood to work in, though the traffic near Mehdipatnam can be a real headache during rush hour. Here at Avaya Global Connect, we handle a lot of the communication side of things. It’s mostly technical work that requires a lot of patience. We don't have a big receptionist or a lobby with plants; it's more of a workspace where things actually get done. The team here is small but we've been working together long enough to know how to handle most situations that come up. We spend our days answering calls, looking at technical specs, and trying to keep the systems running for the people who rely on us. It is honest work and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We are just a local office in Hyderabad trying to be useful. Some days are more stressful than others, especially when a system goes down, but we just buckle down and fix it. There is a sense of satisfaction in finishing a hard day and heading home through the busy city streets. We are just part of the local landscape here in Ayodhya Nagar, doing what we do every day without much fuss or fanfare. It isn't always perfect, but we do what we can to keep the connections working.
