Avaya Global Connect has this spot in Shantinagar, specifically at the Shah Residency. We are up on the second floor in Flat 201. Masab Tank is a pretty central area in Hyderabad, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. The address is 10-2-289/22/28, which sounds complicated on paper but it’s actually not too hard to find if you know the landmark. We’ve been operating from here for some time now, focusing on communication setups and whatever else comes across our desks. It is not a huge operation here, just a dedicated group of people who know their way around the systems we handle. The office is functional. We have our desks, our equipment, and usually a lot of wires running around because that is the nature of the business. We don't put much stock in fancy decorations or trying to impress people with big words. We just talk to our clients, figure out their connection issues, and try to get things sorted out as fast as we can. Hyderabad is a busy city and Masab Tank is right in the thick of it, so we stay on our toes. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about the day’s problems. It’s a very human way to run a business. We are just here doing the work and making sure the Shah Residency office stays productive and helpful for the people who come to see us.
