Arch Nova

Arch Nova is on the first floor of Maitri Nilayam, which is at Plot No 252 in Kukatpally. We are in Bhagya Nagar Colony, right beside Global Enclave. If you are coming from the other side, we are opposite the Vivekananda Nagar Gate 2. It’s a big area and easy to get lost in if you don’t know these landmarks. Our office is up the stairs and it’s a busy spot for architectural work. We have large tables for spreading out big sheets of paper and several computers for the design stuff. Kukatpally is always bustling, and our colony is no different. There are always people moving around outside. The office has a lot of natural light, which is good for when we are drawing. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a local team that knows the city well. We spend our days talking about structures and how to fit buildings into different plots. It’s a lot of back and forth with clients and builders. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the different plans everywhere, but we eventually figure it out. We’ve stayed in this building because it’s a central spot for our work. It’s a plain, honest workspace where we focus on the jobs we have in front of us. We keep our coffee mugs on the desks and just work through the afternoon heat until the day is finally done and we can lock up.
