If you go to the 3rd floor of Jabbar Estate in Begumpet, you will find Aakruti Design Consultants. Our office is in Room 302A. It’s a high-up spot that gives us a bit of a view of the street below. Begumpet is a fast-paced area, and being in 500016 keeps us connected to the rest of Hyderabad. We spend a lot of time on design work. There are tables covered in drawings and computer monitors that stay on until late. It isn't a fancy studio with mood lighting; it’s just an office where we put in the hours. We have been in Jabbar Estate for a good while. The elevators can be a bit slow sometimes, but the stairs are always there if we are in a rush. We handle a variety of consulting work. Most of it involves sitting down with people and looking at what they want to build or change. We don't have any scripted speeches. We just talk about the practical details. The office gets a bit warm in the afternoon sun, but we are used to it by now. It’s a place where work gets done without much fuss. We value the fact that we have a steady spot in a busy part of town. Every day is a bit different, but the work remains consistent.
