It's a busy street, so there's always noise and people moving around outside our doors. Inside, we are usually looking over plans or dealing with some paperwork for a new building project. Construction is a tough business with a lot of moving parts, and we spend a lot of our time on site rather than just sitting in the office. Our team is a mix of people who have been doing this for decades and some younger guys learning the ropes. We don't go in for big speeches or fancy logos. We just take the jobs that come our way and try to finish them without too many headaches.
