Uday Engineering Works

Uday Engineering Works is located out at Post Keshawe. It’s a bit of a quieter spot compared to the big city shops, but we stay plenty busy with the local work that comes our way. Our workshop is where we spend nearly all our time, surrounded by welding machines and lathes. It’s the kind of place where the floor is always covered in metal shavings and the smell of burnt oil. We do a lot of repair work for the local farmers and small businesses nearby. If something breaks on a tractor or a machine, they usually bring it to us to see if we can weld it back together or make a new part. We don't have a fancy website or any marketing stuff. Most people just know us by word of mouth or they see the sign when they drive past. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, which can be a real pain when you’re in the middle of a job, so we just sit outside and wait for it to come back. It’s a simple life. We start early in the morning when it’s still cool and try to get the heavy stuff done before the midday heat. We’ve been doing this for years, and while the work is hard on the back and hands, it’s honest. We just take one job at a time and try to do it right as best as we can for the folks around here.
