Pan Indus Engg. Services Pvt. Ltd. Pune is actually located a bit away from the main city. Our office is at 273 D Gangapuri in Wai, which is in the Satara district. It’s a much quieter place than Pune. We are surrounded by hills and the air is a bit cleaner here. The office is in a simple building. We don’t have any fancy signage or glass elevators. Inside, it is mostly technical drawings, some old computers, and a lot of engineering manuals. Our team consists of local folks from around Wai and some who travel in. We spend our days looking at project specs and figuring out how to fix industrial machines. It’s technical work, but we talk about it in plain English. Sometimes we have to head out to client sites, which means driving on some pretty rough backroads. The office can get a bit cold in the winter mornings, so we usually start the day with hot tea. We’ve been here for a long time. Everyone in the neighborhood knows when we are busy because the lights stay on late. We don't have a big corporate culture. We just sit around the main table and figure things out. If you come by, you’ll probably find us arguing over a blueprint or checking some measurements. It’s just honest engineering work being done in a small town. We like the pace here and how we can actually hear the birds outside.
