Our company, Da Vinci Design Solutions Pvt Ltd, is actually based in a place called Kalgaon. It’s in the Patan taluka of the Satara district. It is definitely not the big city, and we are quite alright with that. Working out of A P Kalgaon means we are away from the noise and the constant rush you find in Pune or Mumbai. The pace here is different. You have to be a bit more self-reliant when you are based in a district like Satara. We have our office set up, and we just go about our business day by day. It’s a small operation, mostly just a few of us who know the area well. We don't have any big corporate manifestos or anything like that. We just know what we need to do and we try to do it right. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow because of the location, but we find ways to get around it. The people in Kalgaon are friendly, and it is a good community to be a part of. We have been here for some time now, and we don't really see ourselves moving anytime soon. It’s just a honest place to work. We handle the design solutions from our little corner of Satara, and it works for us. It’s quiet, it’s practical, and it is where we belong. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
