We’ve been here at Plot No.D4 in the Old Midc area of Satara for quite a while now. Most days it’s just us working on these heavy construction machines that contractors need for their sites. It’s loud and dusty in the workshop, especially when the sun is hitting the roof in the afternoon. We spend a lot of time fixing things or showing people how a specific machine works before they take it away. Sometimes the yard gets a bit crowded with all the steel and spare parts lying around, but we know where everything is. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. We have a desk with a lot of paperwork and a couple of chairs for when someone drops by to talk about a project. Most of our guys have grease on their hands by ten in the morning, which is just how it goes when you’re dealing with mixers and lifting gear. The Old Midc part of town has changed over the years, but we’re still right here doing the same thing. We try to keep up with what people are building nearby. It’s a lot of physical work and sometimes the machines are stubborn, but we get through the day. If you come by, you’ll probably hear us before you see us. We don't have a big sign out front that shines, just the work we do every day. It’s just us and the machines.
