Bhargav Fabrication

Out here in the Kupwad MIDC area, things move at a certain pace. We are right on the main road, not far from the bus stand, so there is always noise from the traffic. Bhargav Fabrication is basically a workshop where we cut and join metal. I spend most of my time looking at blueprints or marking sheets of iron. It gets hot in the summer because of the shed roof, but you get used to it. The bus stand is a good landmark because people always get lost in the industrial zone. We’ve been at this spot for some years now. It’s a dusty place with piles of scrap in the corner and tools everywhere. We don't have a marketing team or someone to answer phones all day. If the phone rings and the cutter is running, I might not hear it. We just focus on getting the measurements right so things fit together. Sometimes we stay late when a big load needs to go out. The tea stall nearby is where we take breaks. It’s just regular work, nothing too complicated to explain. We take the raw materials and turn them into whatever the customer asked for. It is physical work and my back feels it by Friday. But we keep showing up and doing the same thing. That’s the life in the industrial area. There is no point in making it sound like more than it is.
