J.D.Fabricators

Our shop is out in the M.I.D.C. Kupwad area, at plot F-59. It’s a proper industrial zone, so there is always the sound of welding and grinding coming from somewhere. J.D.Fabricators is basically a big shed with some office space carved out in the corner. We spend most of our time out on the floor where the metal is. It’s loud and dirty work, but that’s what fabrication is. We have big sheets of steel and pipes lying around waiting to be cut or joined. The office part is just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of blueprints that usually have oily thumbprints on them. We don't really do much in the way of fancy meetings. People come by, show us what they need built, and we tell them if we can do it. Sometimes we have to work late to finish a big frame or a tank. The sun hits the metal roof and makes it like an oven in the summer, so we drink a lot of water and keep the big fans going. We are just a local fabrication shop. We don’t have a website or a marketing person. We just have our tools and our hands. If you need something welded or a structure put together, we are usually here from early morning until the sun goes down.
