Kaalikadevi Refractories

Our place is situated in the Ida Patancheru area, specifically at Plot No. 7A/1 in Shed No. 9. Being in an industrial development area means we’re surrounded by factories and the constant hum of machinery. We deal with refractories, which basically means we spend our time around materials that can handle extreme heat. It’s a hot and heavy environment inside the shed. There’s always the smell of industrial work in the air and the sound of things being moved around. We don't have any fancy decorations or a reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in our work clothes, either checking the stock or talking to a supplier near the entrance. The shed is big and a bit dark, lit mostly by the sunlight coming through the high windows. We’ve been at this location for a while, and we know the other business owners in the Ida quite well. It’s a very practical way of working. We don't spend time on things that don't matter, just focus on the refractory items and getting them to the customers who need them for their furnaces or kilns. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming with the heat during the peak of summer, but we keep the fans going and just push through. It’s a tough business, but it’s what we do here in Patancheru. We don't have any big promises, just the work we do every day. Anyway, that’s about it for our shop.
