Banoth Srinu

I’m Srinu and I stay in Erramatti Thanda. My house is number 2-86 in Gouthapur village. This is way out in Kowdipally mandal, so it’s pretty rural and quiet most of the time. I’ve lived here my whole life and started doing this work because there wasn’t much else around. It’s a small community where we all look out for each other. My day starts before the sun is up, usually checking on things around the house before heading out. I don't have some big corporate background, just what I learned from my father and the elders here. Erramatti Thanda is a place where you have to work hard to make a living. The roads aren't always great, especially when the monsoon hits, but we manage. I handle things locally, mostly helping out neighbors or taking on small tasks that come my way. People know where to find me at house 2-86 if they need a hand with something. I don't spend money on advertising because word of mouth is enough in a village like Gouthapur. It is a humble life, and I’m fine with that. My kids go to the local school and I hope to build something they can be proud of one day. Every day is a bit different but the work remains steady. The trees around the thanda give good shade in the summer months. I usually take my lunch break under the big neem tree near the entrance. It's a simple routine that hasn't changed in years. We make a good team here.
